What is Private Medical Insurance?
Private medical insurance is an
insurance plan that pays for all or part of a person's health care
bills. The types of health insurance are group health plans,
individual plans, workers' compensation, and government health
plans such as Medicare and Medicaid. Private health insurance is
coverage by a health plan provided through an employer or union or
purchased by an individual from a private health insurance
company.

Direct-purchase plans
Direct-purchase Medical insurance is
coverage though a plan purchased by an individual from a private
company.
